Market study assistance to determine how many units to build

We are in high level planning phases to build multi-family residential buildings (master plan stages).  A key question we are asking is how large a complex can the market handle?  I wanted to get recommendations on resources to do a market study or consultants who can do a great job to answer this question.

Don't want to build too big and not stabilize quickly or too small and miss potential opportunity.
