Hi all.

I'm purchasing a fixer-upper single-family home in Waco, Texas. I'm contacting all contractors I can find online but I want to hire a good one. 

Does anyone know a good contractor in the area? 

Also, if you have any tips for fixer-upper, I would love to hear it!
