Beginner Rehab estimates
Hi, I am a beginner wholesaler. I've searched and searched and come up with varying answers. I was wondering if there was pretty accurate way to estimate rehab cost being a newbie. I want to be as fair to the seller and the buyer. I know I will get better with time but I welcome any nuggets you guys can throw my way.
