Building Homes on the Panhandle of Florida

The panhandle of Florida has gained a lot of attraction with sales skyrocketing and all of the feeder markets wanting to purchase since its a family oriented environment. Every new development is selling out in a matter of days with various price increases.

Recently I saw 4 beach houses go on the market for 1.5 million and each one that went pending sold for 100k more than the last one. If you have been wanting to start development or building bigger neighborhoods, we have tons of land but not enough builders to keep up with the demand. If you are interested in developing multi family, large housing developments, or building and holding you could be rewarded with tremendous equity and rental value.

As a whole, we have seen new development prices increase by 25-35% in a 6-8 month period. The area has tons of commercial developments coming In the next 5-10 years which change the outlook of our local economy. We are a humble place with record breaking sales reaching as high as 24 million! If any investors are interested in starting the building process in our area, it could lead to massive growth for themselves and our market.
