Calculator for New Construction?

Hey All,

I am looking at a land deal in Denver that I could put 2 single-family houses and an ADU on but I could not find a good calculator to see if the numbers work. I have looked through the forums so I am sorry if I missed this being asked already!

I am needing to calculate the price of the land (purchased in cash) then a construction loan for about 18 or so months, construction costs, etc. then renting them out and refinance once it's done. But also the plan is to keep it, not sell it. Seemed like the fix and flip and BRRRR calculators didn't quite represent this project.

I appreciate any help, thank you!
