budget preparation for ADU in Los Angeles

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find a budget template (and/or maybe some sample costs) to prepare detailed costs for a two-story ADU garage conversion in Los Angeles? I did a second-story addition with a contractor a long time ago, but now I am owner-builder and could use some budget guidance. Thanks in advance.
