Townhome lot purchase- due diligence?

We are under contract for a lot, which is suitable for townhomes.

What are the Due diligence steps to be followed.

There is onsite sewer, Zoned for Quad. The Topo is not flat, kind of slope.

The property is in Atlanta Suburbs.
