Willing To Meet Investors in Springfield Ohio Several Reasons

I don't know much about Springfield Ohio, but will be there from Friday December 10th to Sunday to look at multi-family properties and meet with brokers, amateur investors, professional investors and whoever wants to meet. I am looking for 40 to 100 units and will be traveling with 1 or more investors who are just starting with investing, don't have a lot of cash, but may have enough to buy a few inexpensive homes, a duplex, or 4-plex.

For newbies investors, I have tons of free software I always bring with me and if you bring your computer I will download it for free and show you how I run several businesses and do my math calculations.
