Development advise for a total newbie
Hello bigger pockets! My name is Evan Marcus I am a home inspector in Santa Rosa ca, I have a plot of land with 7 run down homes on it now, in Santa Rosa. They are and have been rented for years. Some significant issues have been indicated. The plot of land is broken into 2 plots. The back lot is zoned for 35 units and I can go three stories. I am looking for any advise for how to move forward. Really any advise would be greatly appreciated. Happy to be apart of this community. Thank you all.
