Hello guys! I'm a realtor in Northern California & I have a client who is 1031'ing out of a large commercial building for $6million. In turn he is looking to reallocate all funds into an apartment complex or larger multi-family deal. If anyone knows of a good way to find off market apartment deals, please don't hesitate to reach out thanks!
