5 Tips For Your Next Direct Mail Campaign

1. Include your picture in your message - This will make your message more personable.

2. Handwrite the letter/postcard or use a handwriting font - OpenLetterMarketing.com is a great resource for this.

3. Provide multiple ways for the owner to contact you - Provide your email, phone, or even your website.

4. Place the stamp on your letter/postcard slightly crooked. This will make the letter look like an actual person prepared the letter and not a machine. Try it out!

5. Have a P.S. message at the end - This is your call to action. "Call me now!" or "Contact us today for a competitive offer!"

I am not sending out nowhere near 5,000 cards. I do not think that is the best approach. I take a sniper approach with direct mail and only send to my exact criteria. I am marketing to apartment owners just FYI.
