Multifamily Meet ups

Hi Everyone!

Relatively new here to BP and very new in Real Estate Investing in general! I'm a 22 year old college athlete, located in the Charlotte, Metro area and have been attending as many REIA's as possible and have met so many outstanding professionals. I'm absolutely in love with multifamily, cash flowing properties and I'm so excited to get some hands-on, real life experience.

Looking and hoping to receive some advice from more experienced individuals on here on how to approach other investors in regards to mentorship. I'm looking to partner (I don't care to make any money, I just want to learn) and see how investors and syndicators, raise capitol, obtain financing, and work with contractors to increase NOI. Since I don't have any experience to offer since I'm just starting out, I do have time, energy, and I'm more than willing to help solve problems and add value for other businesses (by either improving one's social media and marketing presence to networking at other REIA's on their behalf)

Would love the opportunity to connect, learn, humble myself, and get started. What is your story on landing your first partnership/deal in multifamily?

Looking forward to hearing back!

Thank you so much for your time!

Benjamin Cohen
