Southern Tennessee Multifamily Investing

Hello everyone,

last time I was in Tennessee was over 29 years ago loool. I'm hearing so many great things about the state now. If I were to start looking for small multifamily units to invest outside the already saturated places like Nashville, where should I start? I like the south part of the state due to proximity to both Huntsville and Atlanta.

Your input is appreciated

I'd say wherever you can have a great team to take care of it for you. I like finding deals in secondary markets because that is where renters are moving to as prices get too high in the primary markets. And as the cities grow, they will appreciate as well.
