HELOC For Owner-Occupied Multi-Family Property - Texas

Hello BP,

I have an owner-occupied multi-family property (quadplex) I am wrapping up with renovations on in Q4 and am looking into some HELOC options. I know many banks are getting tighter with their HELOCs, while some have removed their HELOC programs entirely.

Has anyone heard of an institution that offers HELOCs on owner-occupied multi-family properties in Texas?

*Note: 3 of the units will be AirBNB-ed, therefore negating the ability to refinance traditionally, as I will not have a rent roll to present to the underwriter. I have heard some rumors of some AirBNB refi packages being offered by select lenders by EOY, but as of now, I have not seen anything concrete.

Thank you in advance for the insight,

Conor
