Looking to Connect With Others - Northern Indiana Multifamily

Hi all!

I have a buy-and-hold portfolio consisting of SFRs and small multifamilies in South Bend and Chicagoland, and would like to buy something larger (5+ units) in North Indiana/Southern Michigan. I am currently based out of South Bend, but would be open to investing in areas such as Niles, Elkhart, Michigan City, Valparaiso, Plymouth, etc. I'd love to connect with other investors in the area to get a better lay of the land as it relates to commercial multifamily.

Are there any meetups specific to commercial multifamily for Northern Indiana?
