Purchasing MultiFamily in LLC - need help!

Greg Powell
Posted

Hello!

I am purchasing a multifamily with an upcoming partner in an LLC that we have to create. As a greenhorn on how this works, I'm hoping to reach out to my BP family to ask what items need to be outlined in the agreement to ensure both parties are as protected as possible.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

@Greg Powell  There is only one thing to do in your situation.  Hire a good commercial real estate attorney.  And hire a CPA who is a real estate investor and have the CPA and the attorney agree on your best structure together.  You are getting excellent advice from the BP community!
