Exploring the Miami metro multi-family market

Hi BP people!

Long time listener first time poster :) I'm looking to explore the multi-family market in the Miami metro are and was wondering if people could give me some tips, tricks, recommendations on agents to help me get started. I'm not located in Florida but I'm planning on a trip sometime next month to check out some listings. This is my first time buying property but I have been to Miami many times and know the neighborhoods I want to focus on and am looking to invest, unless an oo makes more sense numberwise. Looking to network and/or just meet smart driven people so feel free to say hi, Hola, or "I know someone" :) Looking forward to being part of this community!

Best,

Dos
