Recommendations for lenders

Oh Jae Kwon

Hi everyone. New here. I am thinking about investing in a 8 or 10 unit apartment complex in central California. It would be my first investment but I have experience running several businesses already. The properties I am looking at range from $600K to $950K. Is 20% down payment enough for a lender to cover the remaining 80% or do I need to put a larger down payment? Do you have any suggestions in terms of lenders specializing in the type of properties that I am looking at? Thanks in advance for your help.
