Condo conversion Triplex refinancing.....

Hi All,

I have a triplex for few years with an FHA mortgage in South Sore Massachusetts and now I decided to make a condo conversion.I did it on the past, but the property in the case was a duplex with a Private loan, a different scenario. I already explored the idea with the town and Attorney/Engineer and everything looks fine so far. For the next step, I need to get the answer for the switch to the FHA mortgage to commercial loan/Owner occupied for one apt. and it looks complicated for my Broker. So, anybody has any idea/suggestion about how I could proceed to get this deal done? Thank you in advance....
