In search of local GC for rental renovations in WI!

Hello,

I am looking for suggestions for a general contractor to get estimates and run rehabs on rental properties that I am looking into purchasing in the central Wisconsin area (Portage County). I have a few leads but have no experience in the actual contracting work and estimating the rehab. I am looking to get 2-3 properties done this year and scale up from that year after year.
