Looking to invest using credit

I'm looking to invest using my credit, and was wondering if it was it wise idea. I brought my first 4 unit March 2020 via FHA loan, and now I'm looking into purchasing a 10+ unit apartment complex. Any recommendations on what books or any helpful tips would be great.
