Multifamily Owners: How do you manage your rentals?
Hey Team,
My dad and I recently sunk in to our 3rd multifamily property, and besides already running around after the first 2, we're now thinking of using a property management company. We're getting rates from companies, and my dad is thinking he doesn't want to give up 10% of rent, as the cashflow is a bit thin on the first two properties due to some big repairs we had to do. Is there an alternative? A digital one perhaps?
