Hello Team!

Looking to learn more about the Utah market. I have a rental in Southern California that has some equity and am thinking about selling it to get a better return on the equity that is just sitting there. Would like to learn more about a few markets within the Utah. Looking at West Valley, Layton, Saint George, and Springville. Who can help?
