Transferring a property from an individual to a multi-member LLC

Hi all, I want to buy a property together with my partner - a foreign investor who doesn't live in the US. I want to take advantage of my good credit score to get a residential mortgage, and then transfer the property to an LLC that I'll open together with my partner. Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer a property from an individual (myself) to an LLC with other members (myself + my partner) when the mortgage is only under my name? Do lenders let you do that?

Thanks!
