What Would You Tell a Person Looking to Start Their Own Podcast❓

I know there are enough podcasts out there already 😂 but it seems almost like a must have in the multifamily business. I’ve heard nothing but good results/opportunities coming from people who host a podcast.

📌What are a few things you would tell somebody looking to start their own podcast (real estate syndication related)?

📌What would you like to learn more about that don’t currently see out there on real estate related podcasts?

Anyone other feedback for a beginner host would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
