CA Housing Agencies, Regulatory Agreements - Multifamily

Hoping to connect with someone who has bought, brokered, or managed multifamily projects with these government regulatory agreements in place. Have two different deals we are working, one is CalHFA (CA housing finance agency) and the other is CDHC (CA department of housing and community dev). Anyone in here open to some questions?
