Principle Home as Best Investment or Outdated?
Heard the concept of owning your first home for tax benefits and others. I do not have motivation to own a home, especially now as I am eager to invest my capital into investments that will grow most effectively, such as apartment buildings. So this idea of "owning a home before anything else" does not fascinate me. Just wanted to collect opinions & advice from you people, especially in the Multi-Family community on this. Thanks!
