Moving to Chattanooga and Looking for Rein members.

Hello All,

My wife and I are moving to Chatanooga! We would like to start the move right by moving into a Duplex or Quadplex. We dont want to buy a traditional home for our first home. That will be a waste of time and money. Unless we BRRRR it or flip it. (I'm a computer guy) So those are not good options. Can someone reach out to me and help us make the move? I feel that I'm in a good position to make a move when the right deal comes along and I feel comfortable and ready.
