How to build 10 units step by step I need help please?

Do anyone know how to build 8 to 10 units step by step. I currently have 8 units but I'm considering selling and reinvesting the money into building me some more up to date units but I don't know which steps to take. I would like to build the 10 units than sell those for a profit but I need help.
