New construction/ Renovations

Hello, 

I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I'm looking to get into new construction or renovation management.  I would love to find a company or professional that I could assist with (and learn from) the entire process of renovating or building properties to list. Maybe someone in need of a project manager or assistant.. I'm very organized and very much a "list maker". I do have my real estate salesperson licenses, but would love to work directly with properties and contractors instead of buyers and sellers. If anyone has any idea where I need to start, I would be so grateful for any suggestions. Thanks!
