converting a 2 family into a 3 fire sprinklers required?
This is in Massachusetts. I'm buying 1st property and there's zoning board approval for a 3rd unit in the walkout basement. Does anyone have experience with converting a 2 family into a 3 family without having to retrofit the entire building with fire sprinklers?
Thanks in advance.
Just found this in an older thread. Sorry..
