Phoenix Apartment investing
Hey everyone I sold my house in California and have a good amount to invest in a rental property. I’m trying to figure out if single family or multi family is the best way to go. I would love to connect with some people in Phoenix who own smaller building 6-10 units. I’m also open to single family investing, but most have my research has lead me to believe multi-family is where it’s at.
Thanks,
Josh

@Joshua Howaniec Phoenix is a great market, however, extremely expensive. The returns for a 6-10 unit will be tough to get to work. Have you ever considered looking in Indianapolis? You would be shocked to see how affordable multifamily can be in this market. Let me know if you would like more information or some broker contacts. I'm local!
