Questions to ask seller

Hi,

I am looking at a 20 unit condo porfolio, and as of right now, my realtor is only able to obtain a pro-forma financial. I kept on asking for the actual financial, but the selling agent is not responding to it and asked if I am interested, just put in the offer. I am still in the process of obtaining more information, so what type of information should I ask for before determining whether to put in the offer or not. My realtor is rather clueless so I'll find someone else later on.

I saw a nice list that someone posted a few days ago, but was not able to locate it now.

Nathaniel D a couple of things:
1 - you need another agent unless you want to pay for on-the-job training
2 - condo have special assessment and reserve liabilities associated with them. You need a copy of the bylaws, CC&Rs, annual report and current reserve study - just for starters.
