Looking at Multifamily Apartment Buildings near San Diego Beaches

Hello BiggerPockets family,

I hope everyone is well amongst all the "new normalness". I want to go door to door, but find myself making more calls these days. This makes things so impersonal and it's a major turn off for me, who likes meeting face to face and HUGGING people! LOL But the show must go on! How is everybody doing finding property and having these offer discussions over the phone/zoom? If anybody is in need of assistance from a diligent, trustworthy person, I am always here to help. Have a great night everybody.
