Good morning BP audience

I am new to the world of real estate investing, but am well informed of the construction side of the business. I’m seeking knowledge on how to “Go Big” for our first deal and am look at 100+ doors. Any insight/advise?

Find the money.  Few agents/owners will be willing to spend time with you poking thru dozens of units if you have no possibility of funding a deal.  Check out articles on this site regarding syndication, equity partnerships, etc.
