CRE Investor tool to find/track/communicate with brokers/owners
Hello BP'ers,
I'm looking for recommendations for online platforms/tools that can help me find, organize, and communicate with commercial RE brokers/sellers. I've used basic spreadsheets in the past to manage my list of contacts and potential leads but I am starting to outgrow it and need something more streamlined. Any recommendations on tools you've used and like?
I know of tools such as HubSpot and PipeDrive that can be used for this purpose but when I looked into those two platforms, they seem to be a little too general and/or more focused toward agents looking for sellers/buyers. Not saying these platforms wouldn't work but I am looking for a tool more catered to investors looking for brokers/sellers/owners.
Thanks!
