Wondering if there is a need for intelligent software to read rent rolls and T12 and prepare underwriting docs.

We've built software that reads mortgage docs - would software for multifamily help out investors?

redIQ does some cool things with reading rent rolls. I can't remember what they do with T12 info.

Free and in beta testing.  We created it on the idea of an investor - I'd like to understand if other investors find it useful.
