Recommendations for Rezoning Unincorporated Land
We are under contract to purchase 2 acres in an unincorporated part of Phoenix. These acres need to be rezoned. Can anyone recommend a good attorney in the Phoenix area to assist us in getting our land rezoned? Or if you have recommendations or experience regarding the best way to get RU-43 rezoned to R-3, I would love to hear any advice you have. The land is on a busy street in the path of progress. The land around us is having success with rezoning so finger cross it will not be a problem. This is our first rezoning experience so any advice would be really appreciated!
