On our online meetup last night, Tyler Chesser explained how he got started with his real estate journey. If you are not following him online, he has great educational content and is a fantastic speaker.

Tyler brought up 5 reasons why real estate investors fail.

Are you struggling with any of these? For me my biggest one is limiting beliefs and continuously training my brain to think a certain way. Staying committed. All of the extremely successful investors you read about on Biggerpockets started with 0 units.

What are you currently doing to shift your mindset? Or do you have poor time management skills?
