Multifamily (2-4 unit) homes in Dallas, TX

All,

I am new to biggerpockets and a native Texan who moved back to Dallas after living out of state for the last decade or so. I am an engineer by trade looking to be a real estate investor. I am currently on the market for a 2-4 MF unit. With this also being my first home purchase, I am looking to find something move-in ready with little to no rehab needed and planning to put 5% down. I am not in a rush to purchase a single-family as I want to first create a strong portfolio of MF holds. While educating myself on the market and re-establishing a network in the city, I was hoping to also both make some connections and gain insight/suggestions on where to start.
