📌Who has quit their job from real estate?

I’m sure there are many investors in this forum that can provide some great stories on this question.

When did you quit your W2 to peruse real estate full time? What strategies did you take to get there? Were you on the active or passive side? Or both?

What tips would you give your old self to work towards being financially free and ultimately quitting your W2?

Thanks!

Yep I quit my CPA job and have bought and sold almost 4,000 units valued at $212 million.
