I have heard many investors are skipping the traditional 1970 build and going after properties built in the late 80’s or 90’s.
💡Buying newer properties save the sponsor from having to worry about major deferred maintenance items and can attract a better tenant demographic.
Ronny Philip said on clubhouse last night his team is targeting late 90’s and early 2000 built properties and then plans to bring those up to a 2020 level.
