Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend on the best way/palce to find selling history records of a property?

Looking specifically selling history of multifamilies in OH.

Zillow is pretty useful for that as it has an option to filter properties that recently sold. If you are looking for the history of a specific property you can Google the counties property records. Most counties in the country have a website that allows you access to property tax cards which also contain when the property last sold and the amount.
