Dan here from NJ. Looking to purchase my first multi-family rental in Central Florida. (Orlando/Tampa area) Have been working with agents/insurance/property manager. I feel like i finally have a team together. Would like to try to find deals off market and willing to put in the extra work. I cant really drive for dollars, so I would like to write letters. Having trouble understanding how I would locate these multifamilies to start this process?
