5 Ways to Win A Multifamily Deal ✅

Joe Fairless explains 5 Ways to Win a Bidding War (Other Than Paying More Money).

1. Offering hard EMD

2. Shorten the Due Diligence Period ✅

3. Sign an Access Agreement While Negotiating the Contract ✅

4. Use and Mark Up Their PSA ✅

5. Guarantee Closing by a Certain Date ✅

Seems like offering hard EMD is a ‘must do' in this market. We recently submitted an LOI that offered a 20 day due diligence period on top of hard EMD.

What are you doing to be unique and competitive to win deals in this market(other than offering a higher price)?
