Is it legal and ethical to ask 2 agents?

One agent who we have history would list lower than we are comfortable with. She claims it would not appraise for our asking price due to comps in the area though our rents are higher than the comps. The other seems more aggressive and would list it closer to what we want. She said the supply is low and we have done renovations....
