Hi All,

I am currently working through setting up my first syndication here in the Tampa Bay area. Anyone who has done this before knows how intricate these deal can be! I am looking for someone that is a step ahead of me and has completed a syndication or two where I could add value by helping in any aspect I can in order to learn more about the process. My background is in underwriting CRE deals and am very well versed in the financial model and acquisition side of CRE.

Looking forward to connecting!

There are also several great books and courses on the topic as well. You will likely need to bring more to table to get in on a deal with an experienced group. Underwriting and financial modeling is pretty basic and not a high demand skill and not what most groups need. Your best bet is to get good at raising capital. You can get yourself into a lot of deals if you can bring capital to the table.
