Syndication Group Looking for General Partner Investors

Hi Everyone, 

I hope everyone is doing well during these crazy times. Myself and three others recently partnered up with each other and created "Great Lakes Capital Group" after each of us were able to purchase several units this past year. We are looking to purchase 75+ unit apartments going forward, and in this business, having good relationships in a team is everything to accomplish that goal. We are looking for others who would be interested in playing any of the common roles needed in the GP, such as, KP, loan signatory, or 1000+ units already in their portfolio, etc. We would love to hear from you and build a long term relationship with you. 

Currently as a group, we actively own/manage 177 units, appraised over 9+ million and are looking to continue to grow this. We are currently looking in Upstate NY and eventually other markets. We believe its worth growing a portfolio in one market and becoming an expert in that market vs buying one property and moving on to another location.
