Hi BP Community, I have a question for you...

Would YOU do this deal, and WHY?

( 6 2BR/1Bath, 1 storefront)

448K Purchase Price

30-60K Down

Remainder owner financed at 5% 30 years

Gross Rents: $5,000

(Storefront is vacant)

C neighborhood, getting rail access to Boston in 2023. Rents are below market currently.

I know I don’t have all the details ironed out yet, but what are you thoughts?
