Aquiring First Rental Property

Hi Investors,

I need help trying to get my first rental property. I'm looking to start with a 3-4 unit property for decent cashflow but my credit isn't high enough and I don't have a lot to put down either so should I just go with the FHA (I have enough money and credit for this) route and focus on getting homes that's already renovated and ready- to-go to rent out instead looking at homes that need additional work because I'll need another loan for repairs... I'm stuck on even getting started with this!
